Made-to-order items
Because most items are produced specifically for your order, we're unable to accept returns for reasons like sizing or change of mind. We'd rather be upfront about this than promise something we can't deliver.
Defects or errors
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

To avoid sizing issues before you order, check the size guide on each product page. If you're unsure, reach out before purchasing — we're happy to help you get it right the first time.
How to start a claim
Email us at contact@ms-studios.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days.
